The VANIMAN #80070 PROBLAST 3 and 80060 Master Problast 3 Micro-Abrasive Blasting systems are equipped with 3 pressurized media tanks, 3 blasting pens, air regulator, foot switch and large powder coated steel blasting cabinet.  The PROBLAST 3 will handle all types of media from 25-250 micron (60-360 grit).  We recommend using 1 of the Vaniman Vac systems to control the dust generated by the blasting process.

#80060 MASTER PROBLAST 3:  The "Master" series Problast includes all the same options as the #80070 Problast 3, and adds the unique "Instant-On" feature.  This feature immediately stops or starts the flow of blast media upon activating or deactivating the foot switch. This prevents the loss of excess blast media while the tanks depressurize after deactivating the foot switch and allows for precise control of the media flow.

All VANIMAN blasters are designed for pinpoint accuracy or very controlled blasting techniques.  All units use a pressurized media tank to mix air and media and force the mixture out or a crystal or carbide tip.  With the exception of the Mobile units, all units have a sealed work area with 2 or 3 media tanks.  Units with multiple tanks have a selector valve inside the work area of the blasting cabinet to select the tank / hand piece required for the work being done.  Blasting pressure is regulated from 0-100 psi to attain the desired results.
