These double-sided bin holder rails are sold as an accessory or purchased with posts as a kit to make a complete cart. This rail system is patented by Eagle and provides a good system to mount tote bins (back-to-back) on a single rail. When a bin holder rail system is ordered with the complete cart option, the cart will be equipped with 4 bin rails and 4 x 63" H posts and casters. Multiples sizes available for both options.
